The RISE Reset is a single, immersive, transformation session. It combines healing and coaching and is designed to help you cut through the noise in your life and get honest about the one area where real change is waiting for you right now.

We’ll move through the complete RISE Method together during our session. We’ll regulate so you can see clearly, inquire about what’s actually true for you, shape a direction that feels aligned and leave you with practices to begin your evolution - today.

Sessions are 2-2.5 hours and can be delivered online or in person.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Nervous system regulation practices. We open with trauma sensitive and nervous system informed practices to move you into a nervous system state that is open and reflective.

  • Focused life inquiry. We’ll identify an area of life that is calling for change and get honest about where you are, where you’d like to be and what’s blocking your evolution.

  • Healing and coaching. A combination of mindset coaching with the right healing modality for your circumstances, our goal is to let go of what’s blocking you so you can create more flow and alignment in your life. This might include sound therapy, breathwork, medical qigong or a guided journey.

  • Shape the path. We’ll develop a plan to get you where you want to be.

  • Embody your evolution. We’ll develop a set of practices that fit your life and will support you as you embody the change you are creating.

You’ll leave with a clear vision of the transformation you want to create, empowered with the tools and practices to start living your new life.


RISE Journey

You are ready to become the most true, aligned version of yourself. You don’t want to walk this path alone.

There’s a version of you who moves through life differently. She doesn’t collapse under pressure. She knows who she is meant to be and makes decisions from that clarity. She feels at home in her own life. On the good days, and the hard days. She knows who she is.

The RISE Journey is where you become this version of yourself.

Over 12 sessions, delivered over 3 or 6 months, through the four major aspects of your life and across every phase of the the RISE Method, we will walk this path together. We’ll move through the RISE Method in depth. You’ll embody each phase before moving onto the next part of the journey. The RISE Journey combines holistic healing and life coaching so you get where you are going, and never feel like you’re doing it all alone.

  • Embody your evolution. We’ll develop a set of practices that fit your life and will support you as you embody the change you are creating.

You’ll leave with a clear vision of the transformation you want to create, empowered with the tools and practices to start living your new life. You’ll feel more aligned, powerful and on purpose. For each phase of the RISE Method, you’ll receive a tangible artifact so you can see exactly how far you’ve come and know where you’re going. Artifacts include: Your regulation toolkit, Life audit + truth map, Aligned Life design and a 90-Day evolution plan to keep building on the progress we make together.

Most transformation guides are either credentialed or relatable - Sarah is both.

Through her 15 years of business experience, Sarah has excelled in roles ranging from finance to strategy, communication, culture and inclusion, earning her CFA and MBA, raising five children and leading teams through complex organizational transformation efforts.

When she got burned out in 2020, she rebuilt herself using yoga, sound healing and Chinese Energetic Medicine.
